A jump up from a version Microsoft stopped supporting. We map every dependency before we begin, so mail keeps flowing and no one loses access to the systems they rely on.

We build the new servers clean and move you across piece by piece, with the existing servers kept running as a fallback until the new platform is proven. Line-of-business applications and their data are migrated with full testing at each stage. There is no downtime to plan around, and you can roll back at any stage.

An acquisition to integrate, a divestiture or carve-out to separate, a new site to open, a workforce moving under TUPE: identity, mail, files, devices and access all have to be split apart or joined together to match the new structure, on the date in the contract. We do the due diligence beforehand and the execution on the day, so the IT side never holds up the deal.

A whole data centre, lifted out of one country and stood back up in another, with the business running on it the whole time. It is the most demanding work of this kind. A single domain controller or a multi-site cutover gets the same planning, sized to your estate.
And it actually finishes. We retire the old environment in full and stop the licences billing, rather than leaving it running and charging.
